Three youths arrested in connection with Dartmouth robbery
Halifax Regional Police say three suspects were arrested after an investigation into a Dartmouth robbery that saw two area schools place into a hold and secure state.
Around 1:05 Tuesday afternoon, a large police presence was seen in the Roleika Drive area after a robbery on nearby Caledonia Road.
HRP said they closed Roleika between Byron Crescent and Caledonia Road in order to allow officers to investigate a robbery in that area. Police said there was no threat to the public.

Around the same time, HRCE said that they had placed students in a hold and secure state at Caledonia Junior High and Ian Forsythe Elementary because of the police activity in the area.
About 30 minutes later, HRCE announced that the hold and secure at both schools had been lifted
In a release, HRP say they arrested the suspects at a residence on Roleika Drive but anticipated having officers in the area for an undisclosed amount of time.
