Police seek help identifying suspect in Halifax and Bedford break-ins

Police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate two sets of Halifax and Bedford break-ins.

Investigators believe the same suspect may be responsible for multiple break and enters in the 1500 block of Summer Street between June 13 and 16, as well as a string of break-ins on Waterfront Drive in Bedford between June 6 and 8.

In the more recent case, the suspect is described as a man wearing eyeglasses, a dark jacket, a white hoodie, dark pants, black and white shoes, and either a white baseball cap or a bucket-style hat.

In the Bedford incidents, the suspect was described as a white man with a closely trimmed beard, wearing eyeglasses, a dark jacket, blue jeans, a blue shirt and a blue baseball cap.

Anyone with information or video footage from either location is asked to call police.
