Three injured in Colchester County crash involving motorcycle and car

RCMP in Colchester County are investigating a crash that sent three people to hospital, one by LifeFlight.

Officers were called to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 236 near Beaver Brook just before 4 p.m. Friday.

Police say a northbound motorcycle collided with a southbound Volkswagen Beetle.

The motorcyclist, a 46-year-old man from Brookfield, was airlifted to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.

The driver of the car and a passenger were also taken to hospital by paramedics with non-life-threatening injuries.

A collision reconstructionist has been called in to assist with the ongoing investigation.
