Mounties say a man who was wanted in connection with a voyeurism incident in Lower Sackville was arrested on Thursday.

The incident took place on Tuesday as officers received a report of a man entering a women’s bathroom at a business on Sackville Drive, lying on the floor and looking at a woman under a stall door.

The police then put out a call to the public for help in identifying the suspect.

Police said a 32-year-old man from Beaver Bank turned himself in on Thursday at the Lower Sackville RCMP Detachment.

Mounties said he was arrested and later released on conditions.

He’s scheduled to appear in provincial court in September to face a charge of voyeurism.
