Is your heart big enough for our Palliative Care Program? Jake is hoping it is because he is our newest member of this special program. This amazing fellow is determined to live his life to the fullest. He still enjoys putting his nose to the test digging for treats in his snuffle mat and exploring in the grass. He has a number of medical issues including chronic lyme disease, a heart murmur and arthritis to name a few. The good news is his medical treatment is keeping him comfortable and happy. If you would like to give this guy all the love he deserves, come meet him and the staff will fill you in on the program and Jake's specific needs.
