Downtown Halifax Business Commission (DHBC) is the voice and resource for a number of businesses located in the central business district of Halifax. As a not-for-profit organization, we are responsible for hosting a number of programs, events, and marketing initiatives with the goal of making Downtown Halifax a better place to live, work, and play.
