Today we will see periods of snow changing to periods of rain near noon and fog patches developing in the afternoon. Snowfall will accumulate to 2 to 4 cm, rainfall to 2 to 4 mm.

Wind is southeast at 20 km/h, becoming east 30 km/h, gusting to 50 in the morning and temperatures will rise to a high of 6.

Overnight it will rain, at times heavy, ending before morning and accumulating as much as 25 mm then skies will be cloudy.

Fog patches dissipate before morning and the wind southeast at 20 km/h then shifting southwest at 40 km/h, gusting to 60 except gusting to 80 along parts of the coast late in the evening and overnight.

Temperatures rise to 11 C in the evening then fall overnight.
