UPDATE: Nova Scotia Health says an error on the booking website that was stopping people from being able to book an appointment has been fixed.
As of Tuesday, Nova Scotians aged 63 and 64 are able to book an appointment to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine.
The province has partnered with the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia and Doctors Nova Scotia to have the shots administered at pharmacies and doctors' offices.
Nova Scotia has received 13,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine. It has to be used up by early April.
Appointments can be booked on the provincial website, or by calling 1-833-797-7772.
