Environment Canada calling for snow on Friday

Winter isn't done with Halifax yet. 

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement calling for snow on Friday. 

The national forecaster says rain will turn to snow on Friday morning before tapering off through the afternoon. 

Around 10 cm is expected, with 15 cm or more possible for those in eastern parts of the province. 

Environment Canada writing that the highest snowfall amounts will fall in eastern Nova Scotia.
