Gas down, diesel up as weekly change hits fuel prices

By Steve Gow

It'll cost you a bit less to fill up your gas tank on Friday morning.

The provincial regulator used its weekly adjustment to drop the price for self-serve regular gasoline by 5.7 cents, to 153.9

On the diesel side, the price for diesel jumped up to 216.1 from last week's price of 211.3. That's a jump of 4.8 cents overnight.

This time last year we were paying 152.6 for gas, and 159.6 for diesel.
