HRP investigating overnight gas station robbery in Dartmouth

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a report of a robbery early Wednesday morning at a gas station in Dartmouth.

At 2AM, officers were called to the Irving at 10 Highfield Park Drive, where a male suspect had entered the store, told the clerk he had a weapon, and demanded cash.

Police are reporting no weapon was seen, and the suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a six foot tall white male, around 25 years old, weighing approximately 200 pounds, and clean shaven. At the time, the suspect was wearing a light blue hoodie, a navy ball cap, beige pants, and white shoes.

There were no injuries during the robbery.
