On August 5, 2016 two men got into an argument inside an apartment at 5565 Cornwallis Street. Police say one shoved the other, causing him to fall.

Barry Melvin Jenkins was taken to hospital where he died on August 21, 2016.

An autopsy on the 59-year-old ruled the death a homicide.

On Tuesday, police arrested a 66-year-old man at 5565 Cornwallis Street and took him to police headquarters for questioning.
