Halifax Regional Police are investigating a robbery that happened in a Halifax apartment building last month.
A woman was in the hallway of her building at 2327 Brunswick Street at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, September 29th.
Police say a man grabbed her purse, punched her in the face, then stabbed her in the hand with what she thought was a needle.
They say the suspect ran off down the stairwell with the victim's purse.
He's described as white, around 30-years-old, 5'10" with a thin build, goatee and black tattoos on his knuckles. He was wearing a blue zip-up hoodie, blue jeans and backwards ball cap.
The victim was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.
