UPDATE: Halifax Regional Police say the sudden death is not considered suspicious.

Halifax Regional Police are investigating what they're calling a sudden death after a dead body was found outside in Halifax's north end on Monday morning.
Officers were called to the area of Robie St. and Lady Hammond Rd. at about 7:15 a.m. to reports that a deceased person found near the intersection.
There are no further details available.
Earlier today, police had the intersection blocked off, but now say traffic is back to normal in the area.
