Prices jump at the pump across Nova Scotia Friday

Another jump at gas pumps across Nova Scotia Friday.

Provincially regulated prices climbing by 2.5 cents to a new minimum price of 113.7.

A larger increase in the price for diesel, with fuel prices rising by three cents at midnight, moving the minimum price to 117.9.

Twelve months ago drivers were paying 1.05 for gas, 1.08 for diesel.  Oil was trading at $52.80 us per barrel, just under 8 dollars less than Thursday's closing price of $60.89.
