Three local breweries snag medals at the Canadian Brewing Awards

Three Halifax breweries have come home with hardware from the Canadian Brewing Awards.

Good Robot Brewing picked up a silver in the New England Style India Pale Ale category for its Creature Feature beer.

Propeller Brewing Company took home silver for its Azacca Session IPA in the Session Ale category.

And Garrison Brewing Company's Bringing Sexy Bock snagged the bronze in the Traditional German Style category.

Two other Nova Scotia breweries also won awards.

Tatamagouche Brewing Company grabbed gold for its Two Rivers Baltic Porter, silver for its Square One Belgian-Style Brett Beer and a bronze for its Saltwater Cowboy Gose in the German-Style Sour Ale Berliner-Style Weisse or Gose category.

And Uncle Leo's Brewery took home a silver medal for its Sunburst North American Style Pale Ale.
