Mooseheads drop third straight in 2-1 loss to Armada

By CityNews Halifax Staff

BOISBRIAND, QC. – The Halifax Mooseheads dropped their third straight, falling 2-1 to the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada Thursday night.

It was a low scoring affair between the two squads, with the Armada finding the back of Cole McLaren's net to make it 1-0 midway through the second.

Jared McIsaac eventually tied it up late in the third period but Alexander Katerinakis gave the Armada their one goal lead seconds later to seal the 2-1 victory.

The Mooseheads continue their road trip on Friday when they visit the Shawinigan Cataractes.
