A highway collision early Sunday morning on Highway 104 has claimed the life of a 52 year old Port Hastings man.
Pictou District RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and truck shortly after midnight.
RCMP say the 52 year old male was driving a Harley Davidson Motorcycle with a 35 year old female passenger from Aulds Cove when the collision occurred.
The woman was transported to the QEII with serious injuries, while the driver and passenger of the Dodge Ram were not injured.
An RCMP collision analyst attended the scene and the road remains closed this morning. The investigation is continuing.
