1942 – 2023
Frederick Joseph “Joe” Leo McDonald, age 80, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2023, at The Mira, Truro.
Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Frederick and Annie Mary (Cremo) McDonald.
Joe is survived by brother Francis Kevin (Donna), grandson Jeremiah, great-grandson Anthony from Manitoba, several nieces and nephews and tons of cousins.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by brothers, Donnie, Adrian, Henry, Leonard, nephews Donald Francis and Patrick.
Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the Ettinger Funeral Home Shubenacadie, 2812 Highway 2 Shubenacadie.
