Cocaine and pills seized during search in Halifax

Two people are facing charges following a search of a Romans Avenue residence last week.

Halifax Regional Police say the drug unit seized cocaine and pills from the home late last Tuesday night.

Two people were arrested at the scene.

Jason Dennis James Weagle, 44, has been charged with two counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. 

A 37-year-old man will appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date on one count of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.
