Convenience store robbed

A convenience store was robbed late Sunday.
It happened at the Needs on Chebucto Road at 11:12 p.m.
Halifax Regional Police say a man damaged a door that leads behind the counter, then demanded money and cigarettes.
He got cigarettes then took off on a bicycle.
The suspect was wearing a green jacket, black ball cap, black pants and had a cast on his left foot.
Anyone with information or video from the area is asked to call 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
