Four vehicle crash shuts down 102 inbound lanes

By CityNews Halifax Staff

UPDATE: Halifax Regional Police says Highway 102 has now reopened.

The inbound lanes of Highway 102 at Exit 0 are expected to be shut down until at least 7:30 p.m. Thursday after a four vehicle crash.

Halifax Regional Police say both inbound lanes heading to Bayers Rd. and Joseph Howe Dr. are closed off.

Inbound traffic is being directed to exit at Northwest Arm Drive and police are asking drivers to avoid the area if possible.

Three of the drivers, all men in their 30s, have been taken to hospital for what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
