Halifax Regional Police are investigating reports of incident acts over the last two months, and they believe the same man could be responsible.

Police were told a man had committed an incident act along the Halifax waterfront at around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28, then again at around 2:30 a.m.

He ran off both times.

"It was reported that the same man had committed indecent acts on a number of occasions over the last two months," said HRP in a news release.

He's described as white and in his 40s with a medium build. He had been wearing a blue shirt and black pants and was carrying a black backpack.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
