Three charged in construction site theft

Three Halifax men are facing charges after a theft from a downtown construction site.

Halifax Regional Police were called to Clyde Street at around 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Responding officers say they found three men in the area who were in possession of stolen tools. 

The men, aged 58, 49, and 43, have been charged with theft and possession of stolen property. 

The 58-year-old man is also facing three counts of breaching a court order.
