Halifax Regional Police have handed out tickets to three more people under the Health Protection Act.

The first two were given to people on Citadel Hill Saturday afternoon. Police were told a small group was gathering illegally. Arriving officers said they weren't physically distanced or wearing masks.

The third person was ticketed Monday morning after police say they had traveled to Nova Scotia by vehicle contrary to current regulations.

All three were fined  $2,422.
