Two people are facing charges after the search of a Dartmouth business on Friday.

Halifax Regional Police searched Radical Concepts on Portland Street in the downtown core.

Investigators say they seized around 2 kilograms of cocaine.

Tara Lee Patruno, 33, of East Chezzetcook, and Patricia Barrett, 36, of Lake Echo have been charged with possession for the purpose of drug trafficking.

Anyone with information about illegal drug activity is asked to contact police or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
