A 33-year-old woman has been charged in three arsons that happened earlier this month in Bedford.

Halifax Regional Police say all three fires happened in a Rutledge Street apartment building between March 6 and 7.

Police say the accused lives in that building and was charged over the weekend.

Megan Amanda Williams is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court Monday to face three counts of arson damaging property.
