Chris was born and raised in Halifax. After picking up his first camera when he was 12, Chris fell in love with visual storytelling. He studied journalism at the University of King's College and is now CityNews Halifax's weekend editor. Outside of journalism, Chris is passionate about social issues, pop culture, and internet trends.
