The Gatineau Olympiques topped the Halifax Mooseheads 3-2 at the Scotiabank Centre on Friday night.

Attilio Biasca opened up the scoring late in the opening period to give Halifax a 1-0 lead.

Gatineau came back in the second period as Evgenii Kashnikov and Cole Cormier gave the Olympiques their first lead of the game.

Zachary L'Heureux tied things up for the Herd in the third period, but shortly after Samuel Savoie restored Gatineau's lead as the Olympiques held on for the remainder of the period to win it 3-2.
