Islanders shut out Mooseheads 2-0

The Charlottetown Islanders shut out the Halifax Mooseheads 2-0 on Saturday night.

The Islanders opened up the scoring with Anton Topilnyckyj scoring his first QMJHL goal.

After a scoreless second period, Michael Horth added to Charlottetown's lead midway through the third period.

The Islanders managed to hold the Mooseheads off for the remainder of the game as they won it 2-0

The Mooseheads will make their way to Bathurst to take on Wednesday to take on the Titan.
