Saint John Sea Dogs pick up 4-3 win over Halifax Mooseheads

The Mooseheads lost their second straight game on Sunday

The Saint John Sea Dogs won at home on Sunday, defeating the Halifax Mooseheads 4-3.

Riley Bezeau opened up the scoring, giving the Sea Dogs an early 1-0 lead.

Brady Burns and Evgeny Sapelnikov added to Saint John's lead in the second period.

Cam Whynot and Elliott Desnoyers finally put the Herd on the board, bringing them within one.

Ryan Francis found the back of the Halifax's net early in the third period.

Markus Vidicek scored once more the the Herd but the Sea Dogs held on to win it 4-3.

The Mooseheads will make their way to Bathurst on Friday to take on the Titan.
