Sea Dogs top Mooseheads 4-3 in OT

The Saint John Sea Dogs defeated the Halifax Mooseheads 4-3 in overtime on Tuesday night.
Josh Lawrence opened up the scoring for the Sea Dogs while Jordan Dumais answered back for the Herd to make it 1-1 after 20 minutes.
Zachary Beauregard gave Halifax a 2-1 lead early in the second period but Peter Reynolds tied it up for Saint John.
Jérémie Poirier restored the Sea Dog's lead in the third period but the Herd managed to tie things up again as Attilio Biasca found the back of Saint John's net.
William Villeneuve eventually scored the game winner in overtime making it a 4-3 final in Saint John's favour.
The Mooseheads will make their way to Victoriaville on Friday to take on the Tigres.
