International air show may be leaving Nova Scotia

The Nova Scotia International Air Show may be the Maritime Air Show next year.

The air show will be held at CFB Shearwater this September, but organizers say they’ll have to find a new home next year.

Tony Goode of the air show board says due to planned construction, the show won’t return to Halifax Stanfield International Airport, and the return to Shearwater this year was a one-time thing.

Metro Halifax reports Goode mentioned locations in both New Brunswick and PEI as possible options for next year’s event.
