Halifax police are looking for suspects after what’s believed to be an armed home invasion in Sambro.
Just before 9 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to a home on Francis Gray Drive where a man and woman said two masked men broke in to their home, tied them up, and stole several pieces of property.
The man was beaten during the break-in and is being treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The woman was threatened, but not hurt.
Although the victims didn’t see any weapons, they told police they believed the suspects were armed.
The two men are described only as men about five-foot ten with stocky builds in their mid-twenties, wearing black tops and ski masks.
