The race for National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations is heating up. We’ll hear from three of the candidates running for top job, including incumbant Shawn Atleo, Mi’kmaq lawyer Pamela Palmater and Ellen Gabriel, President of the Quebec Native Women’s Association.
A diet based on Aboriginal traditional style foods has done Bossy Ducharme a lot of good. Bossy talks about his food journey exploring the diet of his ancestors.
School is about to wrap up for students across the country. And it’s also time to start thinking about college this fall for some. In Ontario, a new program this fall promises to educate students about every aspect of the First Nations Child Welfare system.
