Missing woman found dead under bridge

Police say they’ve found the remains of a woman reported missing five days ago. Halifax Regional Police say foul play is not suspected in the death of Robin Armstrong, 31.
Her remains were discovered this morning on the Halifax shoreline under the Macdonald bridge.
Halifax Regional Police say DND personnel called them after 9am Wednesday after finding the body of a woman on the Halifax shoreline under the bridge.
“Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Ms. Armstrong at this difficult time,” say police in a news release.
