Police seek suspect in Spryfield pharmacy robbery

HALIFAX – Regional Police are looking for a suspect after a robbery at a Spryfield pharmacy on Sunday morning.

Police were called to a pharmacy on Dentith Road just before 9 a.m. Sunday after staff reported a man walked in to the store with a note indicating he had a knife and demanded medication.

The man fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of medications and no one was hurt.

Police said in a release the suspect wanted in the robbery is known to them and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
