William Sandeson looking for pen pal on inmate website

A Dalhousie medical student guilty of 1st degree murder is searching for someone to talk to.

William Sandeson now has a profile on the website Canadian Inmates Connect, a website that bills itself as being dedicated to federal inmates in search of pen pals.

In his profile, Sandeson says he is working on his MBA, and is interested in corresponding particularly with someone “working in or studying some form of healthcare”. Sandeson says he is looking to remain social through letters.

The 25-year-old is serving a life sentence after a jury found him guilty of the murder of fellow Dalhousie student Taylor Samson.
