Middle West Pubnico woman the victim of fatal crash near Yarmouth

RCMP say a 67-year-old woman from Middle West Pubnico was the victim of a fatal crash near Yarmouth Wednesday night.
She had been the passenger in a 2012 Honda Civic that was involved in a collision with a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado on Highway 103 at Eel Lake Rd. between Argyle and Tusket.
The driver of the Honda, a 68-year-old man from Middle West Pubnico, and a passenger of the pickup truck, a 41-year-old woman from Meteghan River, were both taken to hospital by EHS with serious injuries.
The driver of the truck, a 45-year-old man from Meteghan River, was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Mounties had to shut down a section on the highway for several hours to collect evidence and say they are still investigating.
