Officials are expected to provide an update on their investigation into a fire that killed seven children in Spryfield earlier this year.
Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency Chief Ken Stuebing and his senior management team are scheduled to speak to the media Wednesday afternoon at 1 p.m.
Emergency crews were called to the blaze at the Barho family home on Quartz Dr. just before 1 a.m. on Tuesday, February 19.
When firefighters arrived they found the home engulfed in flames.
The father, Ebraheim Barho, was seriously injured trying to save the lives of his children.
In July, his younger brother Ali told the Canadian Press Ebraheim's condition was slowly improving, but he remained heavily sedated and still didn't fully understand the extent of the tragedy.
The home was torn down on March 13.
