COSTA MESA, Calif. (AP) _ Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (PMBC) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $1.9 million.
The Costa Mesa, California-based bank said it had earnings of 8 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $16.8 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $14.5 million, which beat Street forecasts.
The company’s shares closed at $3.57. A year ago, they were trading at $7.37.
