By Meghan Groff

It's been over two weeks since Haligonians went to the polls and we know now who will be the councillor for District 11.

A judicial recount held Monday after Judge Paul Scovil ruled it was warranted has confirmed Patty Cuttell got the most votes, with 1,662.

That's just 27 more than her closest competitor, Bruce Holland who officially ended up with 1,635, which is one more than was registered before the recount.

In a tweet, Cuttell said she can't wait to get started.

She'll be sworn in to represent Spryfield-Sambro Loop-Prospect Road at Regional Council on Nov. 10.

The rest of the councillors were sworn in last week.
