Mooseheads unveil new logo ahead of season opener

When the Halifax Mooseheads hit the ice this season, they'll have an updated look.

The Herd have unveiled a new logo, which the team promises you'll love…”eventually.”

Reaction on social media is mixed, with some describing it as “cleaner”, “more laid back” and wondering when they'll be able to buy a new T-shirt or jersey, with others preferring the old logo and questioning why a change was necessary.

The Mooseheads open the 2022-23 season at the Scotiabank Centre on Friday against Charlottetown.
