Three people charged for being in possession of stolen vehicle

Regional police have laid charges against three people for being in possession of a stolen vehicle.

On Thursday at roughly 6:30 p.m., officers found a stolen vehicle with three people inside in Highfield Park Drive.

Two men and one woman were arrested without incident, as a result.

Shea Alexander Durnford, 34, was charged with one count each of taking a motor vehicle without consent and possession of stolen property under $5,000 in relation to the stolen vehicle. 

Durnford was also arrested on a Canada-wide parole warrant. 

Dave Phillip Lefave, 46, was charged with one count of possession of stolen property under $5,000 in relation to the stolen vehicle. 

Lefave was also charged with one count each of theft under $5,000 and possession of stolen property under $5,000 in connection to a theft that happened last December at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Lacewood Drive.

He is also facing two counts of failure to comply with a release order.

Lindsay Anne Joudrey, 29, was also charged with one count each of theft under $5,000 and possession of stolen property under $5,000 in connection to that theft last December at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Lacewood Drive.

She is also facing a charge of failure to comply with a probation order.
