Police charge 2 people in break and enter

Police have charged two people in connection to a break and enter that happened in Bedford over the weekend.
Police say that on Sunday at about 4:30 a.m., officers responded to a break and enter at the Munchies convenience store on the Bedford Highway. Officers say the suspects broke into the store, stole merchandise and then fled the area.
Later that evening, police say they found a vehicle believed to be conencted with the suspects parked on Prospect Road in Halifax. Officers then arrested four people in the vehicle and seized two replica firearms and the stolen property from the store.
Two of the passengers were released without charges.
Two men, ages 18 and 20, are scheduled to appear in court at a later date to faces charges of break and enter, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, mischief and possession of property obtained by crime.
