Police investigating overnight report of gun shots in Dartmouth
Halifax Regional Police are investigating at a weapons call in Dartmouth.
According to a release sent out just after 2 a.m. Friday morning, police received a call of possible gun shots around 12:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Caledonia Road area.
Arriving officers say they located indications of a residence being shot at.

Members of the Integrated General Investigative Section, and the Forensic Identification Unit are on scene investigating the matter.
As of the time of the release, traffic on Caledonia Road was being restricted.
The investigation is in its preliminary stages and further information will be released when available.
