Mooseheads’ depth on display in win over Foreurs

The Halifax Mooseheads showed the strength of the team’s depth with a 5-1 win over the Foreurs on Saturday night at the Scotiabank Centre.
Halifax would open the scoring off the stick of Lou Levesque, as the rookie forward continued to show his offensive prowess with a nifty touch on the goal.
Val d’Or would respond, tying the game at one goal aside.
And then, Halifax took over.
Three straight goals from Brody Fournier, Markus Vidicek and Owen Phillips would give the Mooseehads a 4-1 lead early on in the third period.
David Moravec would score in the final minute to make it a 5-1 win for the Mooseheads.
