Mooseheads lose again on the road to Val-D’or

Its been a tough road trip for the Halifax Mooseheads when they suffered another road game loss to the Val-D’or Foreurs on Friday night 5-2

David Doucet of the Foreurs scored a power play goal in the first and an insurance goal in the third, while Conner Macey scored two goals in the third and Tomas Cibulka scored the winning goal on the empty net.

Jordan Dumais and Cade Moser managed to put the herd on the board in the first period.

The Foreurs are currently last place in the QMJHL with only eight wins this season.

The herd hopes to bounce back as they wrap up their road trip with a game against the Rouyn-Nornada Huskies on Saturday night at 8 p.m.
