Hour 3: Dr. Alice Aiken, Vice-President Research & Innovation at Dalhousie University and Dr. Anya Waite, Associate Vice-President Research (Ocean) of Dalhousie University and Scientific Director and CEO of the Ocean Frontier Institute, joins Todd to talk about the Dalhousie Delegation at COP28. Dr Alana Westwood, Dalhousie University, School of Resource and Environmental Studies, discusses the two new studies in the journal FACETS and provides an update on the current state of interference that Canadian environmental researchers experience in their work. Gretchen Fitzgerald, National Programs Director, Sierra Club Canada, is calling on the federal and provincial governments to update Nova Scotians on a proposed new oil and gas exploration licence off the coast of Nova Scotia.
