Vidicek’s hat trick propels Mooseheads to win over Voltigeurs

Despite their tough road trip, the Halifax Mooseheads are back on track after their Thursday night home win against the Drummondville Voltigeurs.

It was a big night for Mooseheads star centre Markus Vidicek who scored his first QMJHL career hat trick with two goals in the first and one in the third. Owen Phillips added to the score with his second goal of the season in the second. Vidicek was also crowned the first star of the game.

This is the herds 20th win of the season. They hope to make it 21 wins when they host the Gatineau Olympiques on Friday night at Scotiabank Centre.
